Which file do I need?
- Biweekly, schedule A if your first 2027 Friday payday is Fri, Jan 1, 2027 (this is the 27-pay-period schedule).
- Biweekly, schedule B if your first 2027 Friday payday is Fri, Jan 8, 2027.
- Semi-monthly if you pay on the 15th and the last day of each month.
- Weekly if you pay every Friday.
Paid on a different weekday, or pay after the holiday instead of before? Use the generator: it builds your exact schedule and exports CSV and .ics, and the print button saves it as a PDF.
What is in each file
The biweekly and weekly files list the pay period number, period start, period end and pay date, with a note on every date that moved because of a weekend or holiday. Pay periods are assumed to end six days before payday (a Sunday-to-Saturday period paid the following Friday), which is the most common setup; if your periods end on a different day, shift the start/end columns and keep the pay dates. The Excel files have no formulas or macros, so they open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice.
